Our practice is tailored to the needs of the Residential and Hospitality markets with extensive experience both across Canada and Internationally.

Our Team – Principals: Ava Janikowski MRAIC, OAA, Colin Blatcher MHCIMA - as well as several in house Consultants are the implicit force behind our continuing success.

We offer both Architectural Services through AJA  and Design Services through Chase. In addition, we have consultants available for Structural, Mechanical and Electrical assignments. We also offer Custom Built, Furniture Design, Project Management and Procurement Services.

The continuity of professional practice in serving our Clients by our Principals spans over the last 20 years.

Our projects range in scope from an individual application of specific skill through to focusing a variety of disciplines on a single major project. Within the last two years we have worked on Delta, Radisson, Hilton, Sheraton and Holiday Inn Hotel Projects as well custom and up-scale Residential Developments.

We have extensive experience in Resort Hotels and Spa Design from the Caribbean to Ski Resorts like Hidden Valley Resort in Huntstville, Holiday Inn Resort in Bracebridge & Benmiller Resort in Goderich

Geographically, during the last two of years, we have been involved in projects in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa and New York.

Our Principals during their professional careers have completed projects in Great Britain, Germany, Poland, USA, Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, Dubai, India, Pakistan & Caribbean
